The AmpUp web app is a lightweight version of our app that opens in your phone’s browser when you scan a charger’s QR code directly with your phone’s camera. It allows you to start or manage a charging session without downloading the mobile app.
Important Things to Keep in Mind When Using the Web App
Keep the browser tab open
- Do not refresh or close the tab.
- If the browser refreshes automatically (even in the background), the active session may be lost.
Keep the tab running in the background
- You may switch apps, but avoid closing or force quitting your browser.
Use the mobile app when available
- The mobile app provides a more stable experience and helps prevent stuck or lost sessions.
- It’s recommended for starting, monitoring, and ending charging sessions.
