A stuck session occurs when a charging session continues to appear as “Active” in the app even though the vehicle has stopped charging, has been unplugged, or the driver believes the session should have ended.
Why It Happens
A stuck session can occur due to:
Communication delays between the charger and your vehicle
Network interruptions that prevent the charger from reporting that the session has ended
What Drivers Should Try
End the Session - Go to the Charge menu and tap End Session, if the option is available.
Refresh the App - Force close the AmpUp app and reopen it.
