When starting a charging session, you may see an error message after scanning the QR code or entering the Station ID. Below is a quick guide explaining what these errors mean
IN USE - This charger is in use with another vehicle.
UNAVAILABLE CHARGER - This charger is currently unavailable for routine maintenance. Please wait up to 15 minutes for the charger to reboot.
FAULTED CHARGER - This charger has faulted and cannot start or maintain a charging session. AmpUp is working with the charge point operator to service this charger.
OFFLINE CHARGER - This charger is temporarily offline and cannot start a session. AmpUp is working with the operator to restore service.
UNUSABLE CHARGER - This charging station is currently unusable because the site host has canceled their AmpUp service.
INACTIVE CHARGER - This charger has not been activated yet and cannot start a charging session. Please call Customer Support at (833) 692-6787 Ext. 3 for assistance.
OUT OF ORDER CHARGER -This charger is out of order and cannot start a session. AmpUp is working with the operator to restore service.
