The charging connector is not releasing from the vehicle. This may occur due to a communication delay between the charger and your vehicle or because of a mechanical locking mechanism on the connector.
- Ensure the charging session is fully ended in the app.
- Check whether your vehicle requires unlocking from the inside.
- Lock and unlock your vehicle, then quickly and gently pull the connector out once it’s unlocked.
- Check your vehicle settings and use the “force release” option, if available.
- If the connector remains stuck, contact AmpUp Support for assistance.
