Where do I enter an access code to get free/discounted charging?

There are three places where you can add an access code or request access to a location in the AmpUp mobile app to get discounted or free charging. These access codes are determined by the site host and you will need to contact them in order to receive the code or get approved access.

The first place is on the Location Page.

1. Search for the location on the map page 
2. Click on the location page and scroll down to where it says Special Access
3. Here is where you can enter an Access Code or Request Access 

Similarly, you can request special access or enter your access code on the Charging Screen after scanning the QR Code.

2. Before starting the session, click the Special Access button at the top of the screen

Lastly, if a location is private, you will not be able to start a charging session without entering an access code or requesting access. This is how to enter an access code on the QR Code Page.
