To check your current plan type, navigate to the locations page on your AmpUp account. Each location will display a badge next to the photo indicating the plan name.
- Viewing Active Subscriptions: If your chargers are already licensed with subscriptions, you can find the status of your licenses on the license page under settings. Here, you'll see if your subscriptions are active.
- Purchasing Licenses: If you need to purchase licenses for your chargers, simply select the charger(s) and click on "purchase licenses." Make sure to choose the plan type that matches your desired subscription level.
- Renewing Expired Licenses: If your chargers have expired licenses, you should have received an email with a renewal notice and invoice. If not, please reach out to our customer support at support@ampup.io for assistance.
