Password Reset Issues, Activation Email Not Received
The AmpUp App requires a valid email and an active account to sign in. If you're having trouble logging in, here’s how to resolve the most common issues.
Password Reset Issues
If you’re unable to reset your password:
- Ensure you enter the correct email tied to your AmpUp account.
- Check your spam folder for the reset link.
- If the reset link expired, request a new reset email.
- If the link opens but won’t proceed, try opening it in a different browser or mobile device.
Activation Email Not Received
If you signed up but can’t log in yet:
- Check your Spam/Junk folder.
- Search your inbox for “AmpUp”.
- If you still can’t find it, tap Resend Activation Email from the login screen.
Email Not Recognized
If you get a message like “Email not found” or “Account does not exist”:
- Make sure you’re using the same email you used to create your account.
- Check for typos, missing characters, or extra spaces.
- If you never created an account, tap Sign Up to register.
