To issue a refund to a driver, please submit a request to support@ampup.io and include:
- Driver email address
- Date and time of the charging session
- Session ID (if available)
The easiest option is often to attach the driver’s receipt, which typically includes all of this information. You can also locate these details in Community Manager.
Once we receive the request, our team will review and process the refund as quickly as possible.
