After getting access to your Community Manager, it can sometimes be tricky to login. Try one of the following to make sure you can get setup as smoothly as possible.
Q: I'm having trouble accessing the EV charging management platform.
A: Our platform works best using Google Chrome, if you don’t already have it installed, click here to download it and try logging in again.
Q: I'm using Google Chrome web browser, but I'm still not able to log in.
A: Your organization's IT department might have implemented a strict firewall feature which is preventing you from logging into the platform. Try logging in from outside your organization’s network or on an incognito window. If successful, please ask your IT admin about how to use the CM securely within your network.
